Main Challenge

Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees

The program should create and adapt the content seeking:

  • Practical Brazilian activities and content

  • More accessible language

  • Rapid sales training

Solution Proposition

A short, medium and long-term integration program was proposed, aiming at the following characteristics:
Clear and Guided Process | Support | Practical Activities | Active Role of the Manager | Monitoring

  • Short, medium and long-term integration program according to priorities. (3, 6 and 12 months)


  • Content divided by priorities (Essential, Non-essential, Eliminated).


  • Topics divided into 5 major areas:

    • Products and Services

    • Business (Market)

    • Routine Tools

    • People (Soft Skills)

    • Compliance


To ensure success in 90 days:

  • Alignment of roles and responsibilities with managers - active participation of the manager.

  • Field Monitoring - focusing on observational learning in the real world.

  • Learning Guides - for all involved (new employees and their managers, mentors)

  • Practical Activities with real examples

  • Creation of a Complete Communication Plan - Before/During/After.

  • Student assessment was done through online theory, in-person and online role-play and learning guides.
